Your First Visit

When you arrive for your scheduled appointment, we will greet you before having you fill out your new patient paperwork. If you previously filled it out at home, that will help to save some time once you are here for your appointment. A member of our team will then escort you to a treatment room where we will capture X-rays of your teeth while discussing your oral health history and any concerns. Once Dr. Omar or Dr. Diana arrives, they will perform a thorough examination before allowing our hygienist to complete a professional cleaning.

We know you have a lot to do in a single 24-hour period, so we want to make sure you make the most of it. You can do this by avoiding a long wait in our lobby! All you need to do is fill out your new patient paperwork online today! Here, you can fill in your information and submit it directly to our team members who will have your information submitted into the system when you arrive.
